i tried using it. its not speaking automatically. i have some real time data , so i need it to speak the name whenever anything in column B crosses 1.5%.

I modified slightly the sheet "jraj" sent to you. This will automatically speak the names when ever col B is above 1.5

we are almost there sir. the thing is my sheet has live stock rates. so if you have an external link you will see that , it doesn't automatically speak the names when it comes to 1.5 but only if i manually write 1.5 in column B.
