Calender for Semi-Monthly Payroll Purpose

Hi:

Please refer to attached excel sheet
Manually Created calender for Semi-Monthly Payment scheme is shown from column S thru Y. I need the calender created automatically like this in column D thru J, start Month and Year is in cell K3 and L3.
Important is that on 16th and 1st of the new month, goes on next row as you can see in highlighted cell.

Also in Column AA is Month, would need month in Column K

Please let me know if any questions.
