Contract Tracking Database - Fixes Needed

Hello! I am building a contract tracking database and have been working on it for a couple of days. Every time I get a problem fixed, I'm presented with three more. I'm stuck on what do do now. Basically, I need help figuring out how to make the last entered date (no matter in which column entered) to append all previous dates... and anything else I might be missing.

Please see the attachment, here is a brief description of what is displayed:

Row 2 shows new contract entry, (this is the start date for all of the other formatting), and a reline date (Column C) that is within the date parameters.
Row 3 shows the formatting once any date is entered into Column K, the last step in the process
**Row 4 that even though the most recent date entered (Column E) is not outside the parameters of the process, formatting still appears in Column A. (Need a fix)
**Row 5 shows that when a step in the process is skipped, the formatting still appears in previous cells. (Need a fix)
**Row 6, ditto row 5, just shows two late steps

    THANKS!!

    Hello ebaldwin,

    Welcome to the Forum!

Does the workbook show the results you are getting or the results you want?
    Sincerely,
    Leith Ross

Re: Contract Tracking Database - Fixes Needed

Workbook shows the results I am getting with my current conditional formatting settings. The asterisks in my original post show the results I'd like to change/fix. Thanks in advance for any guidance you can provide!
