Macro to retrive data for a quote that is in archive

Basically i have made a sheet for users to type in their details and they automatically get stored as a quote for a new repair and i need to make so it automatically retrieves the specified data when the customer comes back and pastes it into the sheet where it originally came from?! Please can you help with this as i cant find any way to do it??! Thanks
