cell fill with condition

I have attached my sample sheet.my requirement is under the customer name " UNIVERSAL " same row column "E" -TEX-105 & column "G" - SSP then column "H" should fill with 20/4.
IF customer name any other & same row column "E" TEX-105 & column "G" SSP then column "H" should fill with 12/2.

My sample sheet first page is my normal data & second sheet is my expected data,,pls make macro for this.thanks in advance..

no friend,same problem is there,,pls see my above attachment last two rows..that both cells should fill with 12/2 but it's fill one 20/4 & other 12/2,,after running your new code also same thing happens.

I have just verified last two rows are filled with 12/2 only.
Attach your file once again , if you have problem.

I have filled column"A,B,C empty cells..after filling that cells your macro not giving correct answer.if that cells are empty it's giving correct answer..but i want get same answer in both way.. here i have attached sample sheet again ,,
