Copy and Paste values based on another cell

I have been searching for a way to do this and cant seem to find anybody trying to do the same thing...

I am working jobs that reset after every stage, but I need to keep track of some information from stage to stage so what I need is a macro that looks at what stage I am currently on then copies the values in certain cells to a "report" worksheet that keeps track of each stage....

So based on the stage number in this screenshot (Worksheet 'A')

copy data from cells in one worksheet (Worksheet 'A') like these values

then past those values into the correct cell in a different worksheet (Worksheet 'B')

Any help would be great.

I guess what I am looking to do is a "reverse" vloookup instead of looking up a value in a table I want to past a value in a table
