Combobox add item not listed yet

I have the following code that is suposed to add items to a combobox from a excel column:

My problem is that in the selected column ("C") i have the same value more than once. So i want it to not repeat it in the droplist.
How can i do it?

Hi,

Thank you very much. The code seems to work, but it happens a very very strange thing: when i click in the droplist i shows blank items, but if i click in one of them then it shows the right value....its very strange...
Is there anythin in the code that can cause this??
