Macro for comparing values

Hello, everyone!
I'm a rookie in VBA, but I need to compare:

Workbook: PL saraksts 01.01.2012.xlsx
Sheet: Sheet2

with

Workbook: ZR_dati.xlsm
Sheet: general_report

Both of those workbooks have a column of serial keys (C623 - C*) and (C5 - C*) as well as item locations (S623 - S*) and (L5 - L*)
what I need to do is: compare each of those locations for the specific item, recognized by the serial key, and, if they differ - post them in workbooks "upload.xls" sheet "precizejumi".

Can any of you please help?
