    Have you cosidered what the implications might be, if "trash" was enterd into Cell A1 withoutit being confirmed as correct?

    Thanks for the replies. There will not be an instance when something that would be "trash" would be in cell A1 as the cell is based on a formula and this macro would not even be run if cell A1 was not a number.
