Display Vertical Data on one horizontal line

Hello,

First, thanks for helping! Attached is a small spreadsheet that shows a rent roll for an apartment. It shows the unit number, then various charges and amounts in the columns and rows next to the unit.

As you can see, the unit number is not next to every charge. I want to be able to easily translate the charges for each unit number into one horizontal row of data like below:

Unit Rent Garage Concession
01-0151 910 100 165-

Right now, I just use an if statement, and then i manually move everything into the single row so I can copy and paste to a new spreadsheet. It takes WAY too long, so I'm hoping there's a code I can add to the spreadsheet to get this all done.

Please Help! I get these rent rolls with 450 units and it's a hassle and very time consuming to do manually.
