LOOKUP formula help - stuck (worksheet attached)

Hi all, I have been working with LOOKUP formula and ran into small issue and need some expertise help...
The below formula skips a cell if there is a value in it.. in below example my cell starts at M2..however when I have a value there and the formula skips to M3 it picks up values under row 2 (so it takes A2, C2, H2)

Am I missing some $$s here in the formula? Any help would be much appreciated.. thanks so much!

Re: LOOKUP formula help - stuck (worksheet attached)

thank you so much, that does work! I will adjust it for all other ones.. sorry..any idea if it is possible to fix problem #2 in my worksheet? Sorry I broke down the details in the worksheet but realized didnt add 2nd point here.. the issue is:
I want to look up ONLY specific city in my previous day tab. I match my 3 identifiers A,C,H across 2 tabs to pull value from column M.. the problem is, I have many cities in column M.. I only want to apply the formula for "New York"..is the formula flexible enough to do this?

sorry, if this makes no sense, I added simple example in the worksheet..

I don't really follow. If you only want this to apply to US, but still return cities from other countries, then you will need something like

Re: LOOKUP formula help - stuck (worksheet attached)

sorry.. I knew my explanation wasn't the best...I only want to match data in previous day tab column that has ONLY city: "New York" (column M or also defined in formula as: 'previous day'!R8C13:R" & LRDat2 & "C13)))"

Re: LOOKUP formula help - stuck (worksheet attached)

So you are not interested in any country other than the United States at all?

Re: LOOKUP formula help - stuck (worksheet attached)

thats correct.. Although, I dont want to limit this to country.. I only care about identifier "New York" in column M in my "Previous Day" tab.. then whatever the rows I have in my "Data" tab I compare against ONLY "New York" in "Previous Day" tab by using lookup of 3 identifiers..

fyi - all other columns are not countries/amounts but random ids.. I just use this for simplicity.. New York though is in my actual file and that is what I need
