Matching the data between 2 sheets and popuate them into another sheet-Reconciliation

Hi Naveed,

Hope you are doing Good.

Could you please help me with attached the file and the findings as follow:

1. Macro to Prepare Pivots based on Company & Amount in local columns as shown in Sheet4 and adjust itself where there is no matching data vice versa and show the difference amount
2. Prepare a list of non matching /missing transactions in both the sheets
3. At the same time hilight the line items which are missing in another sheet and vice versa
Ex: If any transaction is missing in "KBS" and exist in "MBS", then it should show as "In MBS and not in KBS. Likewise, If any transaction is missing in "MBS" and exist in "KBS", then it should show as "In MBS and not in KBS

As this is very important and urgent, please help me in this regard.
