Error 1004

This code is working beauty but after I try to use another computdor he has given this error.
Run-time error '1004 ':
You can not set the Locked property of the Range class.

the worksheet called the "311 movement" has a button to the UserForm you invoke.

try to use the UserForm to generate the error


what does this mean?
