Rows to sheets and Index

I got the codes in the attached file from some other sites and I adjusted it to my needs as much as I can but there is still some steps that I want to do but don't know how to do it and need help about it
1- About the INDEX worksheet, I want it to get the data from the cell B2 of each WB not from the sheet name
2- can I get the data in new sheets in Vertical way, not Horizontal like the summary sheet ?
3- I want to move the buttons to the INDEX sheet ,but the code not working!!
4- when I execute the first code (Rows to Sheets) it create a sheet called (Back to Index) which is not needed
5- If I clicked the First Button twice I got Error sheets, while I just try to Update the exits one .. I bypass this by deleting the sheets and recreate it again
