Recalculating formulas without F9 key - via vba code

    Hi

I'm dealing with a spreadsheet that has to have the automatic calculation turned off, this is because of an add-inn which populates from external data and cannot be recalc'd instantaneously.

That being said, with the autocalc turned off, how would I set a macro up just to recalc in only a certain range, say, from "A6:O20"?

To add, I'm guessing this would not use the F9 function as this recalcs the whole worksheet.

    Many thanks in advance.
