Dear forum attendees,

I am a novice to programming in excel but I have created a spreadsheet and was wondering if there are two features can could be possible to have within them.

First I was wondering how it would be possible to obtain the table in the bottom right of this page as a constantly live updating version as shown in this link.

Secondly I was wondering if it would be possible to somehow get a stream that updates for news items found in this link whenver I clicked a refresh macro which I have already made

The link basically has a list of news items that are automatically added at certain intervals throughout the day.

I would basically want it so that it provided a list of the all the news statements for one day and added to the list as they kept getting released. i would also want it so that it would erase the news statement list of previous days so each day had a new slate hence old news statements are not kept.


I hope this makes sense and that it is possible to do.
