I am able to calculate the total number of Chats Served (Column K13) but not getting the AHT Handeled (AS13) using the same formula.
Please help me.

=SUMIF('Page 1'!C1:C53,"Total",'Page 1'!K1:K53)

I am using the below formula to get the handeled AHT i am not getting it...

=SUMIF('Page 1'!C1:C53,"Total",'Page 1'!AS1:AS53)

I am sorry to change the sheet1 name to "Page 1". Please change it and help me. Even after changing the sheet name it is not working.

Please help.
