I am able to calculate the total number of Chats Served (Column K13) but not getting the AHT Handeled (AS13) using the same formula.
Please help me.

I am sorry to change the sheet1 name to "Page 1". Please change it and help me. Even after changing the sheet name it is not working.

Your workbook example only goes to Row 38 so my formula reflects that - there are a few things - avoid merged cells if at all possible as cell AS is with merged cells and the time values are formatted as general - they should be custom formatted as h:mm:ss
I would use sumproduct - I have placed this into AZ8 - see attached workbook
=SUMPRODUCT(('Page 1'!C1:C38="Total")*('Page 1'!AS1:AS38))
I cannot stress enough that merged cells can play havoc with workbooks - avoid them and used center across cell format instead
