    How to convert an item sheet to a quote with prices

    I am having trouble making an estimate sheet for work. here is what i am trying to do.

    I have a list of item.. EX:

    1 Panel
    _ keypad
    5 door contact
    10 window contact
    3 motion detector

    and i want to input the number of each type and have it be sent to a different sheet that will place it in a quote.. EX:



    Company name customer name
    address address
    phone phone


    Items
    ________________________________________________________________________________
    1 panel | $100.00 |
    3 motions | $100.00 |
    5 door contacts | $100.00 |
    10 window contacts | $200.00 |
    | |
    | |
    | |
    | |
    | |
    __________________________________________|_____________________________________|
    Total $300.00




    How can I go about doing this?

    Simple excel functions should do.
