After some advice. I have a spreadsheet which lists a number of parts and their prices. I want the user to be able to enter a quantity in a text box or drop down box, then click a button at the bottom of the page to automatically generate an order form with just the parts and quantities they want to order on another sheet - along with a header containing a logo and fax number plus a box to enter their account number. Is this possible ?

But it will take you at least 3 months to build it.
Probably your project isn't complicated as much as snb wrote.
you meen you have two sheets:
1st - list of items
2nd - order form which will be filled out automaticaly after user will select parts and quantity, then automaticaly will go to printing ?
If I go in correct direction - consider to attach your workbook with dummy data, then we will be able to help you.
