click picture or name worksheet1 & bring text string from WS2

    Excel 2010

Left click on a picture or name (last, first) of membership roster (about 400) and find and bring from alpha sorted column the matched last, first name text data (address, phone, website, email addy etc) in a row from another worksheet (same workbook) to screen.

I've looked at lookup, vlookup, match, if, &, text, concantenate and other combos but get varied unusable results. Micro or VBA Point me in the right starting direction and I will try to dig it out.

Better would be for you to put up a workbook with sample data in it and manually mocked up set of RESULTS you're trying to achieve. That should help us see where you're going wrong with your VLOOKUP() attempts, because it sounds like that is the correct function based on your description.

Click GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to post up a copy of your workbook.
