    Defined Names

Workbook1 contains Sheet labeled: New Input Sheet
Workbook2 contains Sheet labeled: New Input Sheet

I want to copy each value related to the Defined Name from Workbook1.New Input Sheet that matches the Defined Name in Workbook2.New Input Sheet

So.. for example, Workbook1.New Input Sheet has a Defined Name = ProjectName with a value: Mobile Device Project

I would want to copy that value (Mobile Device Project) to Workbook2.New Input Sheet (under the cell with the Defined Name = ProjectName

    Thanks

    Re: Defined Names

Attaching the Workbook.Sheet that I want to copy data to. The Workbook.Sheet I am copying from contains the same Defined Names, although this new Workbook contains new Defined Names that would not exist in previous Workbooks.

I want to use macros to copy the data.

Thanks in advance for your assistance!

    Re: Defined Names

More clarification required. For each Project name, data is contained in more than one row.
Eg: Input provided by: contains 9 row's of data. Does all data to be transfered or only row number 9 data.

    Re: Defined Names

All cells that have a defined name should be transfered between workbooks. I used the example of the defined name 'ProjectName', but it should be all defined names.

    Re: Defined Names

ProjectName (a Defined Name) = 'Testing Project', which is on New Input Sheet Tab - I want to copy this value ('Testing Project') to another Worksheet that also has a Defined Name of ProjectName

There are probably 300 Defined Names where I want the value in the Defined Names copied to another worksheet.
