Send email with Sharepoint hyperlink in messagebody

Syntax, syntax, the bane of my existence! In the code below, the commented out section (strbody) works absolutely fine to send a hyperlink to a server location. My problem is the identical code below it does NOT work to send a hyperlink to a Sharepoint address (or rather, it works to send the Sharepoint address, but that address doesn't work for opening the site. I'm sure it's simply in the syntax, but I can't figure it out. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Well, I've found something works, but I don't like it. If I structure it like this, it puts a valid link in the message body. However, I don't want the "%20" to show in the link, and the code doesn't work if I take it out. Any ideas?

Still desirous of an answer to this one. They hyperlink works, but looks just awful. Any idea how to clean up the visual aspects before it gets mailed?

This is still an issue, I still don't have an answer.
