I need help on how to do this step by step

I need help doing this project for MS Excel
Retail Discount. Use formula PRICE-(PRICE*$c$3) for the 10% discount. Type your name in cell A1. Class in cell A2, Project number in cell F1 and date in cell F2. Print 2 copies of the project. One copy has the standard format. The second copy displays all the formulas.
