    Hi,

Your explanation is not very clear to me.

Are you saying that you want a button added to your form so that when you press Save, the file is saved with the name of whatever is in Cell C4 to a path that is built into the code?

    Thanks

    No , i don't want to make a "Save" button .
I want to use the built in "Save" button when i click it , it will save the file in certain path and name i specify followed by the "No." in Cell "C4" .
Is it possible to do that ?

Change the strFileLocation string to your file path and this should work fine.

    hi,
as an option, try the code provided by mccrimmon with a small change, save it as "xls"
