I have an excel-file (1 sheet) with a header-row (column-title)

I would like to export each row to a txt-file, but always with the column-title. Also filename should be data in first column.

Can somebody help me please...
I already found a lot of code, but i'm unable to find a solution to get column-title in export-file.
