    Progress tracking sheet

    Helloes,

How can I possibly ensure that in cells K6:K25, it displays "delayed" for activities that start late and "on time" for activities that started on the time as planned and end within the the planned duration limits.
I'd like to design it in such a way that Monday is the first working day and Friday the last.

The file is attached for your assistance.
    Thanks.

    Hi
The only way I can think of would require puting actual date values in column G and numeric values for time taken in column H. Then you could write a formula in column K depending on whether the actual start time was less than the planned start time

    Re: Progress tracking sheet

    Hi

    perhaps this will help

you will need to have numerical date values for the planned start date and the actual start and finish dates in your spreadsheet, and also a number (not text) for the number of days the project was expected to last in column J. if all of these values are numbers, then you can write a formula in column K as I have done which will return "delayed" or "on time" depending on the dates' values.

The numbers are illustrative only - I have not attemped to work out which date you need to enter for each project.
