Question Create a Excel Search Form that populates fields

Hi, I am not used to working heavily in Excel, I have always done all of my databases in Access, but as it turns out, I am required to create this project in Excel.

It's a pretty small program. Just one form that the users will use to enter the data, (which is already done), and now I am working on a form that users can use to seach for records, either based on one or two search fields (PolicyNumber & DateOfLoss).

What I am trying to do is have a form with all of the fields on it and the two fields that the users can use to enter search criteria. When they fill in the criteria and click a button, I want all of the fields on the form to populate with the information that was found during the search. If more then one record is returned, they will have the ability to scroll through the differant records.

I hope I was clear on what I am trying to do. I searched multiple forms and google, but was unsuccessful in finding an example. Can anyone help me out with some code or point me to a post that explains what I am looking for?

    Thanks!
    Jeff
