Delete rows based on condition

Hello everyone..

Just wanted to ask for your help.. I have here a report where in I would like to delete the rows in which the specific cell did not meet the condition.

Example:
In Row 1, if Cell B to C is equal to any of the values listed in Cell M then row 1 will retain.
In Row 2, if cell B-C does not match to any of the values listed in Cell M then row 2 will be removed and so on...
