Need Max X & Z Values above Y limit

I have a set of data with X,Y,and Z coordinate points. I need to find both the Max X and Max Z points for any Y Value above a certain limit. The Max Z value above the limit may not be directly associated with its X value and vice versa for Max X.

I need to come up with a way of having excel spit out the max X and max Y values for me whether it be through VBA or some other extensive in line function callout. I really do not know how to go about this.

Ended up using an advanced filter to create my limit, and then used the subtotal function to give me the max values of the filtered values.
