I am trying to move cell up to the closest rows that have text, ex:
if A1-XXX then B2, C3, D4 will move to B1, C1, D1
if A5-XXX then C6 will move to C5

With seeing your data, you might try F5(Goto)>Special...>Blanks and then delete the blank cells with Shift Cells Up.
