Not sure how to do this

I dont have much experience programming with excel and was wondering if this is possible, and if so how?

I have several (3000+) lists. They are set up like a table with the first line being the headings, and the rest of the lines being objects. What i want is to filter these objects based on one of their values and then look at another value (true/false) and take the highest of a third value for all true and the lowest of that same third value for false... I can import them one at a time but do all of this by hand but it would take like 45 years, so i was wondering if there was a way to do any of this with a macro or via c# or something

here is the workbook from the data import along with one text file. You want to filter using what criteria?

so im trying to filter via "station id" and then for the bid == false return the lowest "price" and for bid == true return the highest price. but again, if the only way to do it would be to manually import each .txt and then run a macro on it i will have to look for a solution via .net because manually importing over 1000 files every week and then running a macro on all of them would kill both me and my comp.

sorry, how do i change the name? If you have to do it i suppose "if then statement with filter?"
