Correction in VBA scripts

Hello,

I have some scripts and would like to make some changes to them. Need your help

1. The below code, compares value from C column with some result in A column only when B column is blank and copies the B,C,D,E cells. I want to add a second "round" of comparing where the program will compare the value of the C with C column(yes this is not mistake) and if they 100% match copy B,C,D,E...

2. The below code locates some words and again, it is executed on these lines were the B column is empty. how can we change that, and execute it on lines were B column is empty plus on lines where the B and C contains info but the D column is empty?
