copy contents of a sheet to another with the exact column width and row height

hi all,
i had written a vba code to copy contents of a sheet to the display sheet...
it does that fine, formatting is same but column width and row height has been adjusted in the original which is all gone when it copies...
that creates a whole lot of mess...and compels me to adjust height and width all over again...
how could i correct this one?
