(SOLVED) Change ALL CAPS words from in string into Title Case

I've been working on a major project and I'm almost there. Thanks for anyone on the forum who has helped!

This is a case question which no Proper function or anything has been able to solve.

I have strings of of 1+ sentences with some words being in ALL CAPS, and others in Title caps. I want to turn the words in all caps into title caps.

Example: The lazy Fox Jumped OVER the fence.
Output: The lazy Fox Jumped Over the fence.

I've browsed and have been unable to find anything so far. Thanks in advance.

Hi

This is a bit clunky but may get you at least going.

If your source string is in A9, then this will put an output in B9. It does assume that there is a space between each word.

Thanks for the effort. Problem I'm having here is that it only works if I set the correct target cell, but I need to do this for over 20,000 Cells. I tried clicking relative reference but I couldn't get it to run unless I was on A9 in your example

At this stage, I was just trying to make sure that it gave the correct result for some specific examples which is what I got from your post.

If you have a range to do, then where is the source data, and where do you want the output to go? Back into the same cell as the source? Somewhere else for comparison / testing purposes?

My range is G2:G26381 and I'd like it to go into adjacent column H.
