Data Validation with direct and indirect information

I have three lists created with data validation so they are drop down. Let's say the first list has continents in it, second is an indirect list and depending on continent displays lists of countries. Then I have a third indirect list with list of cities depending on selected countries. Now all that is done but what I fail to achieve is a hyperlink that says GO that would take me to the information on each one of the cities depending on the selection in the last list.

I guess there is some issue in hyperlink. Is it created using formula? Are you using the defined names in hyperlink? Are you sure that defined name correctly exists in workbook?
If possible share the hyperlink formula or the sample workbook. Thanks.
