Cannot access or view the properties window in userforms

I cannot now access or view the properties window in userforms either by right clicking or by pressing F4. It is but happening only in my PC and is a sudden development. Please can somebody advice on where to change the settings?

Do you by chance have the properties window appearing on a worksheet instead? If so, close it, then f4 in the VBE. If not, try resetting the windows as I mentioned here.
