    How to insert a count if max statement

    Hello: is there a way to create a count if max statement for the yellow fields in the sheet attached. I am trying to count the number of Jobs only if the PERCENT TIME is the highest for the JOB otherwise to display a zero. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks a lot
