Automatically deleting empty columns and 2 adjacent

Hi there,

I have a macro which compares 2 large csv files with one another. When it has finished it will display the CSV files side by side and highlight what cells have been modified. After my results have been displayed I would like to cut out the chaff by getting using vba code to check each column for a change and if there is not delete that column and the 2 columns to the immediate left.ive added a simple example to help visualise what I want. the red columns are the ones I would want automatically deleted but they can change on a weekly basis.
