    Unhappy VBA Program to arrange data at a category Level

    Hi Friends,

    I have a wierd requirement. My MS Access exports an excel like this

    Field 1 Field2
    ****************************
    Finance Capital
    Finance Growth
    Finance Debt
    HR Talent
    HR Retention
    HR Engagement

    I would like to write a vb program in excel to convert this into something like below

    Finance HR
    ****************
    Capital Talent
    Growth Retention
    Debt Engagement

    Hi Kyle,

    The problem with pivot table is that it is aggregating the data.. I dont want to aggregate them.. I want to concatenate them for further analysis..

    If there is a way to make the pivot not aggregated, it would be great to know about that....

    Awesome Nilem.. However, for some reason, the Finance section is not populating the data... HR works fine...

    also, if not overasking, any way to make "Finance" and "HR" dynamic, as in, it should really refer to a field and then populate the topics like "Finance" and "HR"

    Kyle, I really dont have a dummy sheet,, However I have the original sheet which I could not share because of confidentiality purposes....
