Insert a picture in image control on exact coordinates

Hi all!

I am trying to solve my picture positioning problem.
Is it possible to have a picture which I can move up/down according to some cell value? It would be really appropriate to have the picture in image control. Why? Because i will position image control on some graph and them move the image up or down.

Please see attachment. I have 5 different graphs and 3 lines. I want to have these 3 lines in some picture and move it up and down, according to some calculated value.

It this even possible?

I appreciate any help and thanking you in advance!

Hard to say from an image but you should be able to use the pictures as custom markers and then control the position of the data point via a control.

Post a workbook if you need more help.

Hi Andy,

thanks for your input. I took a different approach. I pasted a picture into excel and added a graph upon a picture. That will work.

Now I have another issue. Graph I am drawing should be discrete. If you check attachment in my first post, you will see that green and red line are not discrete. By discrete I mean that red and/green line should be only horizontal or vertical. How can this be made? Please see the attachment for more explanation.

I checked all graph types and none seems to work.
