Transpose data based on code

I need a function that will use a code (ex: ABC) and reference that same code in another sheet and insert the percentage on the same line. Since I am having a hard time putting this into words I attached a spreadsheet.

For example, I need a code to put into Sheet 1 B2 that will use "ABCD" to find "ABCD" in Sheet 2 and then automatically insert the corresponding percentage, which is 78%
