Import data from web page to Excel

Hi all,
I am looking for a code to download data from a web page to sheet2 of excel.
1)Here i don't provide URL manually.
2) It has to navigate to active Internet explorer page from Excel
3) And that page has to be downloaded to sheet2 of that workbook.
