Clickable counter button macro for array

Please see example sheet "SYLAR VBA TEST.xlsx" uploaded to forum for background information.

Looking for macros for clickable buttons placed in columns B and C, next to OPERATOR names (Column A), which buttons affect value of cell in an array where the cell column corresponds to column with current date as column header, and the row corresponds to the row where the clicked button resides.

It may be better to use double click instead of buttons. Try double-clicking in the cells B2:C8
