    Hi Friends

    Does anyone know how to Find last repeated character position from a text string. I have attached a file of what I'm trying to accomplish.

    In C2, try:

    =FIND("^^",SUBSTITUTE(A2,".","^^",LEN(A2)-LEN(SUBSTITUTE(A2,".",""))))

    copied down

    I think the answer is 18 not 17
