Excel 2003 Email Macro

Hi, is there a macro that will allow me to do the following:

1) Include the contents of aspecific Excel 2003 worksheet in the body of an email ( Outlook 2003)
2) Add aspecific Excel 2003 worksheet from the same workbook to the email created above.
3) Email distribution list to be contained on a further worksheet in the workbook.
