VBA 6.5 Vs 7.0 border formats

I have a workbook that I use to keep track of time worked as to forecast how much my pay will be.
At the begining of the year the workbook creates a copy and reformats all the inital sheets using a master sheet.
The following code works great in xl2003, but in xl2010 it makes every cell have a thin boarder around all cells. Could some one point me in the right direction to get the code to work in both 2003 and 2010?
