Two Tier Table Look up Help Please

I want to look up data in a table with 3 parameters. Agg Size, Shape and Slump as seen below.


Agg Size No. 4 to 1/2" No. 4 to 3/4" No. 4 to 1" No. 4 to 1 1/2"

Slump 3" 6" 3" 6" 3" 6" 3" 6"

Angular Coarse 42 44 40 42 38 40 36 38

Round Coarse 38 40 36 38 34 36 32 34

For example I want to return the value for No. 4 to 3/4" Agg. with a 3" Slump and has Round properties. (36)

Ok. I attached the workbook I am working on. Table 5-5 on Sheet 2 is the table I am trying to look information up from.
