Error on If statement

I have a code that aims to comment based on the date values found on column N. However I seem to be encoutering an error with the code when it hits

I dont see any error on that line. It works fine. I had to change "Cash" to "Cash Summary" and it worked. Also, the inputbox that you have provided shows an auto value of 200 when its asking for a date, maybe you can check that.

hmm, i think the problem was that in my original files I had hidden sheets and the macro was not able to Sheet.select the hiddens sheets, is there a way to adjust the code such that it loops past hidden sheets and also sheets that are named "Cash Summary"?. here is my code once again. I have also reattached a new workbook with 1 hidden sheet. Notably my current threshold date would be 9/30/2011 that would be in pop up box. thanks for anyone's help
