Dear, I am using 2 sheets for my clients. In sheet1 A column is "Sl.no", B column is "Name" & C column is "Amount Received". In sheet 2 both A & B column is same sl.no & name as it is with Sheet1. In Sheet 2 of C column is "Total Amount". My question is when i will put an amount in Sheet1 of C column the same amount will update in Sheet2 against the same name by matching record. For ex. a name is Peter in sheet1. When i will put 1000 in column C it wll update in Sheet2 Column c is 1000. If again i will put 500 against the same name peter the amount will update in sheet2 Column C is like this 1500 but when i will click the cell it will show like this a normal sum formula (=1000+500). By this i can find out how many times i have entered amount against a name.
